I have known a device called ECCT (Electrical Capasitive Cancer Treatment), invented by Dr. Warsito from Indonesia. He owns a company named Edwar Technology. He created the device to inhibit cancer cell division. Although there's no patients with GBM are reported to be free from that brain cancer, but some patient with Astrocytoma are reported free from cancer because of this device. This device has managed to cure more and more patients with some other types of cancer. He's still working on the research regarding how to cure patients with GBM. My father used this, and didn't survive because it was too late. However, the way this device works really make sense that it gave us big hope at that moment.
